We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know about account deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including meetings, transcriptions, and audio files, will be permanently removed within 30 days. Please export any data you want to keep before proceeding.
What account deletion means
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All meetings and recordings
- All transcriptions and AI-generated content
- Audio files
- Team memberships and roles
- Usage data and preferences
How to delete your account
Option 1: In the app
- Open Nexnote
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Via email
Send a deletion request to our support team. Include the email address associated with your account.
