Help us fix it faster by including the following in your email:
- Device model & Android version
- Nexnote app version (Settings › About)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshot or screen recording if possible

Most-asked.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. Reset link lands within a few minutes — check spam if not.
You've likely hit your monthly transcription limit. Check usage in Settings › Account. Buy an add-on pack or upgrade to get more hours.
Google Play Store › Menu › Subscriptions › Nexnote › Cancel. You'll keep paid features until the end of the current period.
In the app: Settings › Account › Delete Account (or Export My Data). You can also email support@nexnote.io. All data is removed within 30 days.
Check your connection and that you're signed in. Pull down on the meeting list to force a sync. Still stuck? Sign out and back in.
Nexnote uses automatic language detection by default, so you usually don't need to pick. To set a specific language, go to Settings › Transcription Language, or switch it per-recording from the bottom-sheet. 20 European languages supported.
