On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
You've likely reached your monthly transcription limit. Check your usage in Settings > Account. You can purchase additional transcription hours or upgrade your plan.
Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Nexnote > Cancel. Your features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. You can also request deletion by emailing support@nexnote.io. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Go to Settings > Account > Export My Data in the app for an immediate JSON export. You can also request an export by emailing support@nexnote.io.
Check your internet connection and ensure you're signed in to your account. Try pulling down on the meeting list to force a sync. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in.
You can set the default transcription language in Settings > Transcription Language. You can also change the language before each individual recording.
Open the Teams tab, select your team, and tap "Invite Member." Enter their email address and choose a role. They'll receive an invitation to join.
