Your right to data portability

Under GDPR Article 20, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Nexnote makes it easy to export all your data.

How to export your data

Option 1: In the app (recommended)

The fastest way to get your data — the export is generated immediately.

  1. Open Nexnote
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Export My Data
  5. Your data will be downloaded as a JSON file

Option 2: Via email

Send an export request to our support team. Processing may take up to 30 days.
